Gentle reminder:

We are a highly local and seasonal restaurant and a scratch kitchen, which means we make everything fresh and day of. We will occasionally run out of menu items towards the end of the night. We would rather run out and keep it fresh and as low waste as possible then waste important foods our farmers have worked hard to bring us or sacrifice quality. We appreciate your understanding this important value of ours.
